About Us
Based in Seattle, Washington, Christy Martin: Compensation Solutions was founded in 1994 by 25-year compensation veteran Christy Martin. After over ten years of service to two multi-national consulting firms, Christy started Compensation Solutions in order to provide a more personalized approach to her clients.Christy earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from the University of Houston.
In addition to her compensation consulting practice, Christy organized the Seattle chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) in 1998, and has used this forum to help advance the success and recognition of women-owned businesses ever since. In 2007, she co-founded the Bellevue, Washington chapter of WPO. She served two terms on WPO’s International Board of Directors, and now actively participates on its Advisory Council.
